Old Business:
Carpet cutting went great; Guest drivers still up in the air; Send color flyer to different regional race tracks; Give aways most in and we will add 3 $100.00 gift certificates from Extreme Hobbies; Trophies progress of them, take some of them to show sponsors when getting checks and get pics for the web site; Banquet set date March 25, reserve Shrine Lodge room done, price for room is $200.00, food cost is $7.00 per plate- choice of chicken or roast beef, cost to club member is $5.00 per club member with or without family; Trophies for end of season have to race in 6 of 10 races, participation plaque for 4 or more.
New Business
Additional race day/ additional throw out? Yes we will go to 3 throw outs
Race day procedures/scheduling? We went to 5 min. between heats and 30 min between rounds. We will vote on it at next race.
Computer for off road? BSP will use only our decoder, scoring loop and transponders.
