All the directors present, all the Board except Dennis present + 10-15 racers.

 

Meeting pretty much revolved around the on-road barriers

 

Moved and Seconded, voted on and passed with a majority to pursue the 3x3 Vinyl downspout material as the new barriers for on-road season.

 

Meeting  revolved around how to do corners, connecting and how to affix to the carpet

 

Budget is $1000, however we are confident we will come in well below that.

 

If anyone knows of a contractor that would be willing to purchase 500’ or 50, 10’ downspouts please contact someone on the board.

 

The downspouts are available at Lowes for $5.97 per 10’ section.

 

The club will be an official ROAR club in 3 weeks time - President and Treasurer are required to be ROAR members
